A stylish Delta airline lounge

The renovation of the Delta Sky Club at Atlanta Airport, United States, redefines the airport lounge experience through a contemporary, elegant, and functional design. Conceived as a space for relaxation and comfort for travelers, the project combines sophisticated materials, ambient lighting, and a carefully curated color palette that brings serenity and exclusivity to the environment.

The intervention embraces a clean and contemporary aesthetic, where refined lines and glossy finishes help create a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. The café and service area becomes one of the focal points of the space thanks to the prominence of ceramics, used as an architectural element capable of adding texture, depth, and visual dynamism.

Our Kit-Kat Ocean porcelain tile clads both the front and back of the bar, creating a play of reflections and nuances inspired by ocean tones. Its linear relief and glossy finish interact with the indirect lighting, generating ever-changing light effects that visually enrich the atmosphere and convey a sense of movement.

The combination of dark surfaces, metallic details, and intense color tones creates a sophisticated balance between functionality and design. The result is a contemporary space that transforms waiting into a more comfortable, refined, and visually engaging experience.

This project demonstrates how ceramics can become a key element within hospitality spaces, bringing identity, texture, and personality to high-traffic environments without compromising elegance or durability.
