Flat and Mintons, a winning combination

This is a refurbishment project, carried out by Comercial Vera, in which a new life has been given to a bar with a long history in Almería, ‘La Esquinita’. With a proposal that seeks to merge a modern and functional design, while maintaining the contemporary essence that characterises the establishment, it has managed to respect the identity of the place and enhance it, creating a space that is both practical and visually attractive. The elegance and versatility of the design achieve a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere for customers, adapted to current needs without losing the character that defines the bar.

The bet they have made for this reform is a winning combination, our Flat and Mintons tiles, two series that were born to combine with each other, and that we clearly see an example of it in this project. Specifically, Balmoral and Flat Garnet Matt create a unique and visually powerful atmosphere to offer customers more than just a simple dining experience. 

For the floor, Balmoral porcelain floor tile has been used, in a finish that combines the classic with the contemporary, providing a unique texture and durability without sacrificing style. The design of this porcelain tile from the Mintons series brings a touch of distinction and perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics.

As mentioned above, our Flat Garnet Matt, a material with a matt finish that stands out for its subtle elegance and resistance, has been chosen for the cladding. It complements the modern design, adding a touch of sophistication that fits in perfectly with the vision of the space. The restaurant's bathroom perfectly showcases this modern, dark aesthetic, which catches the eye at first glance.

The combination of these materials creates an ambience that reflects the contemporary character of the bar, while retaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere that invites customers to enjoy a unique experience. Congratulations on this project!
