Pictures of the project
Located in La Cala, Jávea, Casa Flor, renovated by Costa Blanca Reforms, captures the essence of Mediterranean architecture through a contemporary and serene perspective. The project restores the authenticity of traditional constructions through organic forms, natural materials, and spaces open to the landscape, creating a warm atmosphere where interior and exterior blend naturally.
The house is arranged around the swimming pool, conceived as the heart of the project and as a space for contemplation and relaxation. The white tones of the architecture, the traditional tiled roofs, and the wooden details create a harmonious dialogue with the natural surroundings, while Mediterranean vegetation envelops the house in a sense of calm and privacy.
Meanwhile, our Bali Verde tile clads the pool, bringing depth, freshness, and an artisanal character to the overall design. Its green nuances and the chromatic variations of the surface transform the water into a living element, where natural light creates ever-changing reflections throughout the day. The result is a naturally inspired pool that integrates delicately into the landscape and reinforces the Mediterranean identity of the project.
Stone flooring, irregular textures, and bespoke elements complete a proposal committed to sophisticated simplicity and connection with the outdoors. Every space has been designed to enhance the experience of light, climate, and materiality, resulting in a relaxed, luminous, and timeless home.
Casa Flor represents a contemporary reinterpretation of Mediterranean style, where tradition and design coexist in balance through an honest, sensory, and deeply site-connected architecture.
