Foodies' are the new spaces that the famous brand Enrique Tomás has been setting up for years in different airports in Spain, to give travellers a little piece of our gastronomic culture thanks to the best selection of Gourmet products, the brand's Iberian ham, Cristian Escribà's sweets and a careful selection of wines and cavas.
The idea of these Foodies' corners is to create a space where you can feel at home, where travellers feel welcome to enjoy a few moments of relaxation, in short, to enjoy themselves. That is why our Flat Anise Green Matt tile fits so well with the philosophy of these spaces of calm, rest and enjoyment. Its colour, in a very soft, pastel mint shade, enhances the image of these corners and gives them a touch of colour that enriches the whole. Its combination with yellow and wood creates a warm, cosy atmosphere.
The model proposed by Foodies' is defined as the "grocery store of the 21st century" and, to achieve this, decoration plays a very important role. The Dune tiles contribute their grain of sand to generate an aesthetic with a somewhat vintage air, reminiscent of those grocery shops, but without renouncing modernity in the use of colours and the combination of different materials.
We are delighted to be part of this project, as ceramics is also a tradition and part of our culture, just what Foodies' wants to transmit to passengers who visit its corners. All the main airports in Spain have one of these corners and we are proud to be present in Barcelona, Alicante and Madrid.
A project to enjoy with all five senses!
