New web: we raise the usability and user experience to the maximum power

    Did you know that the ceramic market has 2 million monthly searches related to the sector and 53% of users do not find what they are looking for? It may seem surprising, but it is. At Dune we are aware of this reality and the role of digitization in today's environment and, therefore, we have launched a new website. Thus, after carefully analyzing the needs of the sector and the demands of customers, we have reinvented the digital concept of the company, always responding to our essence.

    All in all, the new site meets the ideal conditions to create a unique user experience, while boosting positioning and meeting the discovery needs of the community. Similarly, we have implemented a new look & feel of the brand that is much more current and designed to convey the values ​​of Dune: pieces for different minds, predictive talent, material sensitivity and passion for our work.

    In the words of Ismael Carne, CEO of Dune, “this new website marks the path towards the concept of digitization that we are committed to at Dune: bringing our products to users in a useful and intuitive way, without losing sight of evolution and respecting the business values ​​that have led us to be who we are. "With the new website," we achieve that, in just 2 clicks, anyone can access everything they need to know about our creations, as well as get inspiration to create projects that make a difference ", explains the head of the company.

    Content designed to respond to users

    As a result, this new website offers intuitive navigation, much more usable and designed to be able to consult the content from any device. Thus, the content is organized to respond to and cover the user's search intent. In this way, we have taken advantage of the potential of the visibility of our products and have structured the content following criteria of product types.

    In addition to placing importance on the product, we have also organized content to provide inspiration for users. For this reason, the Blog will be the weekly meeting point between trends, news and everything related to the ceramic sector. Similarly, in the Projects section, we present the most outstanding creations by architects and interior design studios of international relevance. Linked directly to this section we also have the Designers section, a space in which interior architects who work with our products can share their work, as well as their source of inspiration or the Dune projects with which they feel most identified.

    Regarding design and always with the premise of providing an intuitive and differentiating user experience, our new website presents a new image. This look & feel conveys the essence of Dune: we create thoughtful, original designs for non-conformist minds. To do this, elements such as the color range, the typography or the arrangement of the information promote the values ​​of the company and create a fully representative identity.

    Club Dune, thought by and for inspiration

    Within the new website we have the Dune Club, a new section in which inspiration is the key. In this new section, customers are the protagonists and, after a simple registration, you can create their own wish lists with the products they like the most. We also offer you advice to create spaces that are pure distinction.
