This kitchen design, made by Novelty Cuines, stands out for the floor tiles, which give a special touch to the environment. This hydraulic style floor tile, Capricho, from the Gaudí series, brings a unique aesthetic and full of personality to the kitchen. The tiles feature a subtle geometric pattern in soft tones, reminiscent of vintage style, but with a contemporary finish that integrates perfectly with the modern kitchen furniture.
The Capricho tile design is a repetitive pattern of small circular shapes and diamonds in shades of beige, grey and white, which create a sense of dynamism without being visually overwhelming. This design strikes a perfect balance between traditional and contemporary, and provides a visual warmth that contrasts harmoniously with the neutral colour palette of the furniture and walls. In addition, the hydraulic tiled floor adds a handcrafted touch that blends well with the modern straight lines of the furniture that makes up the kitchen.
The kitchen has a U-shaped layout, which makes the most of the space and facilitates access to all areas of the kitchen. The sink area is located under a wooden-framed window, which provides a warm, natural texture in contrast to the rest of the elements, predominantly in grey tones. The white worktop with subtle veining simulates marble, and runs the length of the kitchen, providing a spacious and elegant surface for food preparation.
The open plan design of the kitchen is complemented by an interior window that connects to the dining area, creating a smooth transition between the spaces and facilitating interaction between those in both rooms.
