Whistleblowing Channel

GRUPO VILARROIG GESTIÓN, made up of ESTUDIO CERÁMICO SL, DUNE CERÁMICA SL and VILARROIG GESTIÓN SL, seeks to create an environment of transparency and honesty, promoting respect for the law and the rules of conduct established in the Code of Ethics.

To this end, GRUPO VILARROIG GESTIÓN has an internal information system that makes it easy to report or disclose, in a confidential manner, possible irregular facts or conduct, or potential unlawful acts or acts contrary to the law, in which the company or any of its members may have been involved. The essential principles of the internal Channel are the following:

• ANONYMITY OR IDENTIFIED REPORTING. Reports may be made anonymously or on a named basis. Making them on a named basis will allow us to gather more information if necessary, in order to give the comments or reports due attention and follow-up. In any case, the identity of the persons involved will be kept absolutely confidential.
• PROHIBITION OF REPRISALS. No reprisals against any person who has made a report in good faith.
• CONFIDENTIALITY. The confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and of any third party mentioned in the communication, as well as the protection of personal data, constitutes an essential principle in the management of the communications received.
• RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS AFFECTED. The rights to privacy, honour, defence and the presumption of innocence of the persons under investigation and those affected are guaranteed.

There are also external information channels to which the whistleblower may address their communications if they consider it appropriate. In that case, they must contact the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers or any other competent institution, body or organisation.

Finally, please use this Channel consciously and responsibly, avoiding abusive or bad-faith use. It is therefore important that you only provide information that you reasonably believe to be true.
