A soft spa atmosphere with light colours

This bathroom, a space carefully designed by Caroline Preti, achieves a refreshing and modern atmosphere, using Mediterranean style elements. The main feature that stands out in this bathroom is our Agadir Agua tiles, which cover both the walls of the shower area and the washbasin area, creating a visual continuity and a relaxing atmosphere. These tiles also provide a texture reminiscent of water and sky, evoking a connection with nature.

In the shower area, the tiles cover an entire wall, acting as a focal point. The shower features a rainfall showerhead in a chrome finish, which offers a relaxing bathing experience, complementing the cool ambience of the space. Right next to the shower, a wooden window introduces a visual contrast, breaking with the colour scheme and adding a welcoming touch and bringing in natural light.

The washbasin area features two rectangular mirrors that reflect the light and amplify the feeling of spaciousness in the bathroom. The natural tone of the wood adds warmth and contrasts attractively with the blue of the tiles. The double washbasins, with straight-lined taps, emphasise the modernity of the design, as well as providing practicality for a shared bathroom.

The floor in light tones contributes to the feeling of spaciousness and cleanliness in the bathroom, while the use of straight lines in all the elements, from the tiles to the furniture, gives coherence to the design. The walls opposite the blue tiled area are covered with white tiles, allowing the blue colour to stand out even more and creating a visual balance. In fact, in the interior designer's own words: ‘The project started with a love affair with the Agadir Agua pieces and was built around this product’.

In conclusion, this bathroom is a contemporary space that combines functionality and style. The blue tiles bring a freshness and serenity inspired by the sea, while the wooden details and chrome finishes add touches of modernity and warmth. The combination of natural light, fresh colours and natural materials makes this bathroom an ideal place to relax and revitalise.
